Wonder Woman Wowing Audiences

The WONDER WOMAN movie is 75 years in the making and audiences couldn’t be happier that the Princess of Thermyscira is on the silver screen for a whole new audience and generation. Gal Gadot, who played Wonder Woman in the abysmal BATMAN V. SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE reprises her role for her first solo outing. Using the classic origin of the character and a World War I setting, Diana enters the world of man for the first time and doesn’t bring disgust for their war mongering ways. She brings compassion and a goal of trying to better these people. It’s a different kind of super hero personality that we haven’t seen on the big screen yet and one that we desperately need in an age of being bombarded with comic book blockbusters all year round. And finally, young girls can see what it’s like to take charge and lead on their own. Introducing them a character that they may have been familiar with but now they will grow to idolize.
